Casey Ericson started Maine Boot Camp in the Portland Area in early 2007. Her philosophy for Maine Boot Camp is simply to provide workouts that blend the creativity and resources of exceptional personal training with the motivation that can only be found when exercising with a fun, committed group of other people pushing to their personal limits. Casey's Science degree in Kinesiology (Science of the Body) and her certification as a personal trainer and chiropractor affords her additional knowledge allowing her to create and modify any number of exercises. She enjoys staying active with her 3 young children and is excited about training for her first triathlons this summer after completing her second marathon in this April. There is nothing Casey likes more than to hear her boot campers say how great they feel about themselves after completing a camp. |

Sarah Harris is a NASM certified personal trainer and certified Kettlebell instructor who has been helping people reach their health & fitness potential for more than 5 years. She is psyched to be training with Maine Boot Camp and believes working out in a group environment allows everyone to be motivated and to have fun! Sarah also writes for Examiner.com, providing her readers with fitness and weight loss topics to help them live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She has played sports since she was young and after falling in love with the sport of rugby in college, she has been playing for 10 years. She also competes in local 5k and 4 mile races in her off season. |

Brian Ericson is a Certified Group Exercise Instructor who believes that Maine Boot Camp is one of the best and fastest ways to get fitness results. In addition to instructing boot camp, Brian enjoys the benefits of running and cycling to keep fit and is setting his sites on triathlons for this summer. In addition to his fitness expertise, Brian benefits from a well rounded health care background as a certified emergency nurse. Overall, Brian is very approachable, a lot of fun, and is excellent at motivating people to work hard and improve their lives by reaching their fitness goals. |
