Drop and Give Me Ten is a unique weight loss program is designed for Maine Boot Camp participants whose long-term goals include losing more than ten pounds or for campers who have personal or family health risks associated with excess weight gain. This four week program is designed to maximize healthy weight loss during your Maine Boot Camp experience and to help motivate you to make smarter choices beyond boot camp. You will work individually with Joanie to learn how to eat for your optimal metabolism (which is the key to successful weight management) and learn how to identify, choose, and prepare nutrient rich foods. Just like Maine Boot Camp , this isn’t a “quick fix/no-work” program, but rather a healthy eating plan designed to maximize your fat burning potential while providing your body with all the health promoting nutrients it needs to achieve lifelong good health.

The Healthy Mama Kickstart
The Healthy Mama Kickstart is designed for Maine Boot Campers who are less than a year post-partum and/or are currently nursing. While most new moms would love to wave a magic wand and be rid of their pregnancy weight AND have lots of energy to dote on their new little bundle of joy, extreme dieting, fasting, calorie restriction, and rapid weight loss can be hazardous to your health and to your baby's health too. A new baby not only places great demands on your time, sleep and energy, but on your body too. Because the human body is a complex system, it requires various organ systems in the body to interact and function properly to maintain a healthy body and mind. When these systems are unbalanced the body’s ability to break down toxins can be compromised. New motherhood coupled with today’s fast paced lifestyle and unhealthy foods can rob your body of the health promoting nutrients needed to maximize your health and your baby’s health. Because of this, fatigue, irritability, low energy levels, digestion problems, constipation and headaches are common complaints of new mothers. The Healthy Mama Kickstart is a whole food, nutrient rich eating plan that is completely personalized for you by Joanie.
