How to Get Started?
Classes are run on a drop in basis in order to allow parents maximum flexibility because we know all too well how hectic life can be with little ones. All you need to do is complete the online registration form and then choose your payment method. 4, 8, and 12 session class cards may be purchased online through our site or directly from your instructor at class. Participants are also welcome to pay per class as well. Class cards are valid for 3 months from the time of purchase and may be transferred within a household (i.e. from Mom to Dad). If more than one person wishes to participate in the class from the same family or household a discounted drop-in rate of $5 per additional adult will be applied.
What do I need to bring to class?
You will need to bring a water bottle, mat or towel, stroller (preferably jogging stroller but not mandatory), sun block & hat, rain shield, blanket, snacks, and toys for your baby.
How old does my baby need to be to participate in Stroller Boot Camp?
Your baby should be a minimum of 6 weeks old before participating in Stroller Boot Camp. Once they turn 6 weeks, parents should ensure that the infants have adequate neck support, which is most often times provided by a stroller which utilized the infant's car seat or in a fully-reclined stroller. If your stroller does not fully recline, then additional infant neck supports should be utilized.
How soon after having my baby can I participate in Stroller Boot Camp?
All participants must be at least 6 weeks post partum (8 weeks for c-section deliveries) and must have the approval of their physician to participate in Stroller Boot Camp. All participants must also complete the medical questionnaire form prior to participating in the program.
Do I need a Jogging Stroller for Stroller Boot Camp?
It is Stroller Boot Camp's recommendation for all participants to utilize a 3 wheel jogging stroller with 16” or 20” rear wheels for all classes, once your baby is old enough for this type of stroller (please consult your physician to determine the correct age for your baby). Stroller Boot Camp also recommends using strollers with fixed front wheels opposed to joggers with a front swivel wheel for added safety. It is not mandatory for participants to have a jogging stroller but most people do find it easier and safer, especially if you plan to do any jogging or running between strength training stations during class.
How much does Stroller Boot Camp cost?
Drop-In Rate: $15/Class, Card Prices: 12 classes - $155; 8 classes - $115; 4 classes - $60

I am not a runner, is this program for me?
If you are unable to run because your doctor says you shouldn't - then this program may not be for you. If you are unsure, give us a call and we can help you determine a plan of action. But if you have just a belief that you are not a runner, or just don't like running, then you should absolutely give the program a try! Many of our participants started out in boot camp and were not “runners”. We have designed our program so no participants has to run but our goals is to see all of our campers progress to the point that they can jog or run for short intervals throughout our workouts.
