Maine Boot Camp is a comprehensive physical fitness program that combines the expertise and benefits of one-on-one personal training with the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others who will push you harder than you ever thought possible. Maine Boot Camp focuses on developing your muscular strength, stamina, and overall aerobic conditioning which makes it an excellent choice for athletes looking to cross train or couch potatoes who are in need of a push. At Maine Boot Camp, we do fitness the “old school” way with body weight exercises like: sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, running, and a whole lot of sweat.
